The brief.
Everest Mortgage Services is an independent adviser whose real product is reassurance: finding the right mortgage without the stress. The site had to generate enquiries from people who find the subject intimidating, and it had to feel nothing like a bank.
What we did.
- Reduced the front door to two choices.
I want to buy a house. I want to remortgage. Every visitor knows which one they are; either way they are one step into a conversation.
- Kept the tone human.
Soft illustration, plain-English service explanations and none of the rate-table clutter that makes mortgage sites feel like homework.
- Backed it with answers.
Services, FAQs and articles give the cautious researcher something to read before they are ready to talk.
What shipped.
- Two-path homepage built around the visitor's situation
- Service pages in plain English
- FAQ and articles for the not-ready-yet reader
- Enquiry routes on every page
What it does now
The site turns an intimidating subject into a small first step, which is exactly what an adviser's marketing should do. Enquiry volumes are with the client.
