“Came out the same day and sorted it. Wish we’d called years ago.”

A month of social, approved in one sitting.
Planned, designed, written and scheduled by the same team that built your website. You approve the month in half an hour; we handle the rest. Paid social when, and only when, it makes sense.
Sound familiar?
Most business owners who ask us about social say one of these three things in the first five minutes. Hover to see how we fix it.
Social eats my week and there’s nothing to show for it.
We post, but it feels like posting into the void.
We ran out of things to say a month ago.
Four jobs. One retainer.
Consistency beats virality for a local business. The retainer covers everything a feed needs to stay alive and useful, every month.
A month mapped in one sitting. You see the whole month before it starts: what’s going out, when, and why. Approve it in one click or ask for changes.
- Monthly content calendar
- Ideas mined from your actual work
- Seasonal pushes planned ahead
- One approval, not fifty messages
Design, copy and short video.On-brand graphics and captions written like a human, not a hashtag generator. If we built your site, the look is already right.
- Branded graphics and carousels
- Captions in your voice
- Short-form video edits
- Guidance on phone photos that work

Retainers from £600/mo · rolling monthly · everything approved by you before it goes out
Two platforms done well beat five done thinly.
Posting everywhere is how small teams end up posting badly everywhere. We pick the two or three places your customers actually are, and tell you plainly which ones to leave alone.
Still where most local UK customers are, especially over 35. Groups, events, reviews and Messenger enquiries all land here.
Best for anything you can show: finished work, products, people. Reels are the one place left where you reach beyond your own followers for free.
Behaves like a search engine, not a feed, so one good pin keeps sending traffic for months. Worth it for interiors, food, weddings, gardens and product brands.
One honest post a week from a real person beats a company page posting daily. Skip it if your customers are the general public.
Huge reach for under-35s, but only if someone is happy on camera most weeks. If that is not you, we will say so rather than take the money.
Why: organic reach for small business pages has collapsed since 2023, almost nobody opens X to find a local plumber or a dress, and the replies you do get are rarely customers. That hour a week earns more on Instagram. The exception is news, tech, politics and B2B software, where the audience genuinely still lives there.
Want to pay for reach as well?
Organic social builds trust with people who already know you. Ads put you in front of people who don’t. They are different jobs with different budgets, so we keep them on separate pages and separate invoices, and you can have one without the other.
- Organic first, usually.
Ads amplify a message that already works; they don’t rescue one that doesn’t. If your feed isn’t ready, we’ll say so before taking a budget.
- Same team, one report.
If we run both, you get one content plan and one honest monthly report covering organic and paid together.
Questions we get on every first social call.
How much involvement do you need from me?
About half an hour a month. You approve the content plan in one sitting, send over anything newsworthy, and we handle the rest. Photos from your phone are gold; send them whenever you have them.
Which platforms do you manage?
Wherever your customers actually are, usually two platforms done well rather than five done thinly. For most UK businesses that means Facebook and Instagram, with Pinterest for anything visual you sell, LinkedIn for B2B and TikTok where the audience fits. We usually advise skipping X unless you are in news, tech, politics or B2B software.
Do you write the posts or do I?
We do. Design, captions and short video edits are all included, written in your voice and approved by you before anything goes out.
Do you run paid social ads?
Yes, when they make sense. We’ll tell you honestly when organic is enough. Paid campaigns are planned, built and reported separately so you always know what the ad spend is doing.
Is there a long contract?
No. Social retainers roll monthly from the start. If it isn’t working for you, you can stop.
Can you match our brand and tone of voice?
Yes. We start with a short brand session covering how you talk, what you never say, and what your customers respond to. If we built your website, we already know.
